• Our App: All intellectual property rights in the Mindful Haven application itself—including the code, design, logos (e.g., "Mindful Haven", "Sleep Rest", "FocusFlow"), and UI—belong to the developers. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or use them for commercial purposes without explicit authorization.

3. Disclaimer: AI Limitations

• The developers provide no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of AI-generated content.
• The content may contain errors or inappropriate information. You must exercise your own judgment when using or relying on it.

4. Service Interruption

Our core AI features rely on third-party AI service providers.

• If AI generation fails or is delayed due to third-party outages, network issues, or force majeure, you understand that this is beyond our control.
• The developers cannot guarantee permanent, uninterrupted AI service and assume no liability for such interruptions.
